Always in a good mood

Anja is working as a Project Specialist at TeliaSonera Finland. Everyone who knows her knows that she is almost always in a good mood. According to Anja, the motto that explains her good humour is “trying to live this day, and being able to enjoy life’s small pleasures and to accept matters that you can’t change”.

Huge challenge

Anja’s happiness and energy are useful characteristics in TeliaSonera Finland’s massive change project that aims at migrating the company’s numerous CRM (Customer Relations Management) and invoicing systems to the IT systems selected in the TeliaSonera Group that best support our customer relationship management and offering. The migration to the new information systems will take place step by step in a controlled manner.

Varying tasks

Anja is happy to be working with nice and competent professionals. She is responsible, for example, for communications directed at those involved in the project and at other project stakeholders, for maintaining Team Center and intranet sites as well as for compiling and editing information and for reporting to different parties. The projects in which Anja is involved affect indirectly about 2,000 TeliaSonera Finland employees and their work.

Anja’s duties also include a wide selection of assistant tasks. Before the interview, she had just completed the minutes of a meeting that dealt with the status of different programs and projects.

Volunteer work in spare time

Anja is full of energy even in her spare time. Although her home and her children of 6 and 11 years with their hobbies demand their share of her time, Anja manages to find the time to do Pilates, gymnastics and jogging. “Volunteer work in a youth café is particularly rewarding. And this is not all – we are expecting an addition to the family in late summer: we’ll get an exchange student from Germany for a year,” says Anja.
