Stock option schemes

The subscription periods for all warrants of series 2001 and 2002/2005:A expired on May 31 and June 30, 2005, respectively. No option holder subscribed for shares under the series and there exists no authorisation to establish new employee stock option programs.

By Board decisions in February and March 2004, all warrants of series 2002/2008:A-F and 2002/2010:A-F were cancelled, due to non-fulfillment of certain exercise criteria.
