Insider holdings

In TeliaSonera, the following persons have insider status in accordance with the act on Reporting Obligations for Certain Holdings of Financial Instruments (SF 2000:1087). Persons with insider status are obligated to report their shareholdings to Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) within five days after notification of shareholdings or changes in shareholdings. Finansinspektionen maintains a register of persons with insider status and their shareholdings. The register is updated daily.
