The Annual General Meeting will be held Tuesday April 3, 2012 at 14:00 CET at Cirkus in Stockholm.
The record date entitling shareholders to attend the meeting will be March 28, 2012. Shareholders may file notice of intent to attend the AGM from the end of February 2012. TeliaSonera must receive notice of attendance no later than March 28, 2012.
