  • Coaching for Performance Targets middle managers and equips them with tools to coach and challenge performance gaps among individuals and teams to enhance a high performance culture.
  • Managing and Leading Change The objective is to help middle managers understand how people and organizations react to change, and how to effectively manage organizations through times of change, while coping with ambiguity and fragmentation.
  • Essentials of Management Develops our First Level Managers to leverage greater employee contribution in achieving TeliaSonera’s strategic objectives and to empower their capability to lead high performing teams.
