Designed to meet customers’ growing demand for increased accessibility and higher transfer speeds TeliaSonera’s products and services include broadband over copper, fiber and cable, IPTV, voice over Internet, home communications services, IP-VPN/Business Internet, leased lines and traditional telephony. Converging services and bundling to support the main business and exploit triple play are in focus. Broadband Services operates the group common core network, including the data network of the international carrier business. Through its strong brands Telia, Sonera, Skanova, NextGenTel, Elion, TEO and associated company Lattelecom, Broadband Services is the market leader in the Nordic and Baltic region. The business area comprises operations in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia (49 percent), Estonia and international carrier operations. TeliaSonera’s wholesale business is Europe’s largest IP carrier.
