Harassment

TeliaSonera has zero tolerance for all forms of sexual harassment. This includes any form of undesirable behaviour based on gender or undesirable behaviour that can be considered sexual in nature and that infringes on the integrity of an employee in his or her work.

This definition emphasises that the harassment need not to be sexual in nature and includes harassment and ridiculing generalisations based on a person's sex.
