TeliaSonera's corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy is to integrate issues into our business processes that are important for sustainable development in the marketplace, workplace, environment and community in interaction with the stakeholders.

In order to ensure the commitment of all business units and to map CSR risks and opportunities, we have created a management system (doc) which inspires different functions within TeliaSonera to work together and have a continuous internal dialogue about CSR.

Business units implement TeliaSonera's CSR policy based on their market situation. Business units report on their activities and results to the corporate CSR unit and in this way TeliaSonera can share best practices for all our employees and other stakeholders.
