TeliaSonera's corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy is to integrate issues into our business processes that are important for sustainable development in the marketplace, workplace, environment and community in interaction with the stakeholders.

- Sharing knowledge and encouraging transparency and involvement in society

- Meeting demands for the protection of privacy and the prevention of abusive or illegal use of information and telecommunications services for reasons of racism, violence and all forms of child abuse
- Aiming to be one of the highest rated companies in sustainability indexes within our industry

However we want to place greater emphasis on the potential benefits of information and communications services (ICT) for our customers and society as a whole. This is because we believe that , although not yet fully exploited, ICT can be a vital tool in achieving sustainable development.
