Disclosures in the periodic reports that TeliaSonera is required to file shall be in line with high professional standards and be full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable.

TeliaSonera's written reports include quarterly reports and the Annual Report according to Swedish rules. Decisions and events of a material nature are always communicated in press releases in accordance with Swedish and Finnish regulations for listed companies.

TeliaSonera draws up Annual Reports and Interim Reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IAS). Annual reports and Interim Reports contain a balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows for the Group together with the business description and analysis.

TeliaSonera's financial reports and press releases are posted at www.teliasonera.com upon publication. This service also provides information about share price performance as well as webcasting of press conferences connected to the reports. Press releases and financial reports via e-mail can also be ordered from the web site.

Keeping shareholders up to date on TeliaSonera's performance and development is of great importance. At the same time, it is important both financially and environmentally to keep the production and distribution of printed materials at a reasonable level, particularly considering the large number of shareholders. This is why TeliaSonera has switched to a digital Annual Report.

TeliaSonera participates in the Swedish Shareholders' Association's (Aktiespararna) local meetings throughout Sweden.
