Remuneration to the CEO and Leadership Team

During 2007 the CEO had a base salary of SEK 2,616,001 (Lars Nyberg assumed his position on September 3, 2007.) the Executive Vice President SEK 5,519,454 and the seven other members of Leadership Team in total had base salaries amounting to SEK 18,237,019

The Executives may receive annual variable salaries in addition to fixed salaries. The level of the annual variable salary may vary between Executives and can not exceed 50% of the fixed annual salary.

Other benefits are a number of taxable benefits, e.g. car benefits.
