Management and Control

The CEO is responsible for the company's business development and leads and coordinates the day-to-day operations in accordance with the guidelines and instructions of the Board of Directors.

The TeliaSonera Group consists of four business areas and a corporate head office.

Planning and follow-up are done in rolling 7-quarter plans. The CEO sets goals for the operations based on the guidelines of the Board of Directors. To ensure performance, managers have scorecards with goals for their particular operations.
